Well, duh, the reason that there are often (you didn't say always) less cases is that there are fewer people living in areas outside of cities. The proper measure is rates of case, not numbers of cases.

I've lived in cities all of my adult life. My neighbors and myself do not think they are "hellholes." Looks like the only one who is a thoughtless sheep is you.

Cleveland has its challenges, but I've enjoyed my visits there. It's a great city for arts, music, architecture and train-watching. The Greater Cleveland RTA Red Line is one of my favorite rail rapid transit systems, anywhere. I always ride it whenever I'm in Cleveland.
