1. Only the "true," 6,000 hp SD90MACs.
2. The 40 or so leased units were H-engines. They went back to EMD, got EMLX reporting marks, were leased for a while to a few roads, but have been stored ever since. None were repowered.
At least, none yet, and it's not likely considering the nationwide glut of motive power.
Of the 21 UP actually owned, none were repowered (it's not a simple as just an engine change). The "scrapping" consists of removing useful components for parts stock (examples: truck frames, traction motors, control stands, seats, toilets, cab windows and doors, air compressors, grids, some computer equipment, fuel tanks, couplers and draft gears, and myriad other pices large and small). The rest is scrapped.
