I noticed the fuel tank is pretty beat up. Assuming collisions with equipment on adjacent tracks, it would appear this is a frequent occurance, at least for this unit. Are crews required to report when collisions occur and damage results ? I once witnessed a SF switching crew in Stockton shove a hopper through a switch with another hopper too close to switch and did considerable damage to both cars. The crew didn't appear to even notice it and kept on working.
