I’m trying to give the CATO writer the benefit of the doubt. Yeah, I could see the city contracting out operation of the cable cars to a company like the way ACE commuter trains are contracted. There would be a decline in quality I expect. Maybe maintenance would be cut. If CATO wants to go after something, methink they could find a more deserving target.
