More U.P. follies

Two weeks ago in the Seattle area, Union Pacific parked a N/B freight ( without power ) in the CTC siding at Sumner, WA., for the ENTIRE week. I could see several loads among the cars ( compressed truck springs ), including plastic pellets & what appeared to be covered hoppers with an Airslide type bottom outlet. Possibly flour ???
Last week they did it again, only this time the parked train was blocking a U.P. track gang from replacing mainline rail on the sharp curve at the North end !!! AND the parked train included several centerbeam cars full of brand new ties ! YEA TEAM - Nice cooperation between departments...
