Makes you wonder how these projects are conceived. It will be beautiful when it’s completed just like Hwy 58 between Barstow and Mojave. 395 is a major north/south truck route between the 15 and 58 at Kramer Jct.
When are they going to improve the 41 miles between Kramer Jct and the 15 and bypass the 18-20 stop lites and the City of Adalanto ?? Easier to go to Barstow on the 15 and return on the 58. Got to love our “gas tax” dollars at work in this state !!
