A seller on Ebay has some train orders issued at Bieber in 1960 for trains 154-155. They are issued on both GN and WP train order forms. Example:

Great Northern
JAN 9 1960, at Bieber

NO 155 ENG 710 MEET NO 154 ENG WP 918 D AT MALIN
NO 155 TAKE SIDING
NO 154 STOP WEST OF SWITCH AND EXCHANGE ENGINES
WITH NO 155

(Malin, OR is about 70 miles north of Bieber, CA. I'm ignorant at to why they would make an engine swap there... I don't have any books on the Inside Gateway.)
