govenment wasting taxes

It is more about government wasting taxpayer money. There is no frieght trains from Watsonville to Santa Cruz - but train people insist on keeping the old tracks. It is more expensive to build trail next to the tracks. The idea solution is to railbank, pull rails and build trail on railbed.

Government needs to stop wasting taxpayer dollars.
