Correction on that maybe the westbank single track connection is back in service? Although west bank is two track

This may also have to do with better signaling and connections from teh staging, and from the LOSSAN to the outer crossovers (the incomplete link,where they cut that switch in that goes nowhere?).

The west bank connection may be in service, but has been in and out of service by Mission, and was rusted over, that last time I took ML on Clean Air Day.
