Roseville DS57

The new # 20 timetable shows the Roseville Sub controlled by Omaha Dispatcher 273, however on the air DS still identifies as "57" as it always has. So what am I not getting here? Does Altamont know something I don't about an upcoming change? Or is the TT simply wrong.
