So SMART realizes that they actually need to make money to support the freight line? Shazaam! Won't happen though: comment about how if any tankers are to go (back) in Sonoma Valley the opposition will occur. Based on last time, it'll likely be effective, given the FUD regarding railroads and the demand for complete, absolute safety.
