The lower end of C yard, probably sometime in the late 70's by the number of jobs, and with the hauler with the double 1400's, it's prior to renumbering of the SD-7R's to the 1500 designation (pre 1980's) pull out of the yard. On the far left is power from the Roundhouse coming down the XX ("20") lead.

By 1985 (only a year after the 1984 Olympics) most of the Taylor Yard was finally being shut down and none of these jobs were working out of the C yard. By 1985 the C yard was mostly empty, with some long tracks and the "old" mainline C yard 1 and 2 being used primarily for empty pig storage for the "Shops". Taylor Roundhouse was still cranking out power, but was also being "down sized".
