"Cancelled" is too strong a word. "Temp hold" is what I've been told. Due to the current economic downturn.

Keep in mind, the second bridge over Lake Pend Oreille went on hold for economic reasons too, shortly after BNSF gave it the green light. And eventually the grading and construction got under way, and the rest is now history.
