I'm told that some work on the second Spokane R. bridge will resume later this year and ramp up going into next year. After putting close to four years of steady effort and investment into building the new bridges and second main track at Sandpoint, and rebuilding much of the old bridge there, BNSF is now going great guns on its big new bridge between Mandan and Bismarck, ND.
