What are they? 20 million dollars shy of their goal? They're out of money and haven't arranged a way to get to either of their proposed end points of Drako Rd [Carson City-Empire] or Virginia City. Time for a bakesale? Or a firesale?

I would expect the commission meetings will get increasingly interesting. rh
