Too bad you didn't read my answer, I answered that question, too...

Sometime after April first, is likely the earliest they will reopen to passenger services, per OCTA, maybe sooner if all goes well, maybe later, if the hill keeps moving.

I guess you can't please everybody...

Oh well.....
