Yes, thanks Daniel3197; that's the one. I am quite certain that the obs. car was built by Budd, given the stainless steel patterns, but the diner was probably Pullman-Standard or ACF, and I'd also like to mention that both cars had all, or very nearly all, of their underbody nomenclature and running gear, including steam heat connections(!)at the time I was there. I tried to look for painted over lettering/numbers, but it seems like there is several coats of latex paint on these cars.
