The research, executed by SavantaComres, involved 12,000 participants from 12 diverse cities worldwide, including Berlin, Copenhagen, Dubai, London, Milan, Paris, San Francisco, Singapore, Sydney, Toronto, Warsaw, and Washington D.C.

Of course they didn't mix in a Dallas or Charlotte or Salt Lake City. That would water down the results they were looking for.

Of course no mention of costs, how much taxes would need to be raised, etc.
