The guy's been doing this for awhile now. Kind of a cross between a foamer and a NIMBY claiming that railroad is dangerous. He's like an ambulance chaser, waiting for them to derail. You'll note the crew rarely even looks in his direction. I'm sure they've had their fill of his antics.
