Yeah, I think you are right on. I picked up on that too. About a year ago the railroad either called the cops on him or told him to leave when he tried filming them working on a derailment or something. I think he used the old, "public property, I have rights" argument, rather than just take the mature route and go home. It's kind of weird how fanatic some men are about filming trains that they will fight with employees or cops over it.
