Another sop to their Union cronies that will do nothing for Safety. Remember there were 3 on the Head End on the train at East Palestine and none of them were paying attention when they should have seen a flaming hotbox 23 behind the engine.


Heard the same whine when we went from 5 to 4 to 3 and then 3 man crews. Meanwhile all safety has done is improve. Unions love to talk safety but they never want to step up and take responsibility.
