April 22,2024 Metrolink free train ride day .

I wanted to take a ride from LAUPT to Redlands so I could check out the "new" ops.

Free train ride day falling on Monday, I planned to take an express Metrolink to Redlands in the morning, then return via Arrow to San Berdoo back to LAUPT.

My plans fell apart since Metrolink ONLY offers the one seat ride to Redlands as the last train of the night.

So much for using a one seat ride to Redlands.

I'll spend April 22,2024 at a bar instead of riding a train...maybe even at Fullerton, even though the caboose La Marida switcher is no more.
