Sure could fieldseveral new trains or lengthen several LDTs all summer with what is there but only IF they made a serious effort to fix things. It would be charitable to hope all service bays were full of current projects. Clearly could use putting on another shift to get the work moving.
IMHO, Gardner & co should not be eligible for any bonus program until the repair crisis is corected.
