That's NOUPT (New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal), that's SP Train #1, the Sunset Limited. It is on Track #12. I am guessing from the looks of the picture, it was the mid-1960s. It was a daily train at that time, as you can see the Automat Car in the consist. When the train went tri-weekly, they put the full length Diner back on, as well as Sleepers and Lounge.
