bruce. i think that was a short term thing and did not work out. they could not spot enough cars there is what i heard. but that was a while back when they first tried this reload out.
it is my understanding that the loads are going all the way into the spokane area by truck now.
i may be wrong on this, but i believe this is what i heard.
