The downtown San Francisco station and the Portal Tunnel leading to it are not California High Speed Rail projects. Diridon is the name of the VTA-BART underground station, which is a VTA project. Yes, there will be changes to the Diridon San José rail station too (eventually), but that won't happen until CAHSR gets through the not yet existing tunnels from the Central Valley through Gilroy and to San José. Patience.
