Thanks for the camera link, FUD!

They claim Stockton rail traffic is SO BUSY, they need a flyover. Yet, the only thing I have seen the last hour on the camera was a bum dragging his bike over the main.

NO TRAINS!

Winter rail diamond crime was always my favorite!
