There's a couple of times during the day

When the UP-BNSF area was monitorable on ATCS, between 5:30-8 am, both railroads would become very busy. Then mid morning would become dearth of train traffic. I think both UP and BNSF suffer the porta-potty syndrome. As soon as ACE and Amtrak scheduled trains show up, the freights want to get out of the yards.
