New low-floor light rail vehicles go into service in September 2024 on Gold and Green lines.

In my opinion, low floor is a good design for the elderly, many of whom can't afford to drive, or don't have the physical ability to drive. Senior citizens are kind of an invisible and forgotten class in our society.
