Coast Starlight Service Disruption

Word is circulating on other sites that the Coast Starlights have had to be annulled between Sacramento and Klamath Falls due to a freight car containing lithium batteries catching fire at Binney Jct., near Marysville, CA. Is the problem right at the diamonds or can traffic be re-routed around it?

Too bad the California Northern between Davis and Tehama isn't still open as a through route.
