First, what kind of car is this? Cafe? Bar? Dining?

Take a look at the people. Do you see something?

I see a single young lady on the left looking uncomfortable.
On the right I see an unattractive old man staring at her.
I think the lady is trying to avoid his stare.

Hmm, is the suggestion that a guy can buy paid services from a lady aboard NYC's trains?
I hope not.
