Twenty THOUSAND new Jobs ?!? Pie in the SKY Bull @#$%&; more like 200 TEMPORARY construction jobs, then MAYBE 50 or so permanent jobs for yard goats & security guards, plus a few clerks ( will the clerks be Union or or non-union ??? ) Also, I see MORE highway congestion as loaded rail cans are RUBBER - TIRED between LA - area rail yards & Barstow.
