Trainsmission Proposed in Colorado

The proposal is to have battery trains to transmit power. The engines might be diesel but the whole train will be of batteries. Charge them in the boonies where the solar and wind power is, and bring them to the cities and towns where the demand is. One train can power a city of 100,000 for a couple of days. So they say...
