Winterail had problems selling tickets in Stockton -- because it was IN STOCKTON !!! The city regularly makes the TOP TEN list of dangerous California cities. In addition, The Scottish Rite Temple facility had become quite run down, with A/C and plumbing issues.
Is Corvallis the answer ??? Vic & Annie think so, as do those who still attend. Corvallis High School Auditorium is " The Right Size " for today's crowd, and it's good to see " The NEXT Generation " in attendance. The Willamette Valley is quite nice this time of year, with many nice hotels & restaurants, and The Willamette & Pacific RR. running right through town, as well as nearby Albany & Eastern, and CORP, with its' new switching agreement for Ewe-Pee's Eugene Yard, should make for a full Friday of fanning. Just Sayin...
