Great work, Bruce. Yeah, that wooden bridge is a nice spot, and the dogs bark even during daylight. Whenever my son and I are out and about, or when we simply hear something from our backyard, I point out to him the different sound when it's something other than a Dash 9/AC4400/ES44. Recently pulled out some audio CDs by L&H Railsonics and Quiet Please Recording so Sean could hear some top-notch audio of NJT U34CHs, doubleheaded Canadian steam, and, yes, SD40-2s on the head end and mid-train hoisting tonnage around Tehachapi Loop. There's far more to this railroad stuff than just pictures.
