Hi speed confusion.

Saw some references to high speed rail in relation to CN's derailment and fire about how freights wouldn't share lines with proposed high speed passenger when existing freight corridors are "taken over" for high speed trains and sensors are going to be added to all rail lines "soon" to detect washouts and such. "Un-named sources at FRA and DOT" were cited on ABC and CNN this AM. Doen't match what was posted by Bob2 earlier in week that FRA put out. Which is real?
