Did a little looking and found out that it's now called the Deseret Power Railroad and was built to haul coal from the mine to the 400 Megawatt PP. Line is about 35 miles in length and started with a pair of electric locomotives and eventually added a few more used ones that were former NdeM. I believe that this is an orphan line and not connected to any other. Hope this helps.
