Well the first day of paying customers to ride the Light Rail in Seattle resulted in small groups on the trains.

Perhaps they will make it free like Tacoma's Light Rail to nowhere. Every day there are many in Taccoma who ride LRTN from Theatre District to 25th/Pacific Ave, then walk up S Tacoma Way to Tacoma Rescue Mission for Lunch and Dinner.
