Yes, and they expect everyone to walk a long distance to get there too. Look how far apart the stations are in the suburbs! Look at the long distances you have to walk in the downtown stations.
I expect this idea to fail. Here's a newflash for you Sound Transit:
1) People are lazy, they don't like to walk.
2) It rains a lot in Seattle, people don't like walking in the rain
3) If you build it, and make it hard to use, they won't come...
Get a clue, and add some parking capacity somewhere along the line!
