No, but they need to do that or add an extra car to each train. I just rode it tonight and there was standing room only when it got to Stadium station, where a whole bunch of people were waiting after a Mariners game got out. We got everybody in, but we were packed in there. Good to see people using it, even if it is a rough ride on the elevated section.
