There aren't many active "sand hogs" around these days so MRL might be in for a rough go as tunnel cave ins are risky, specialized problems which require experienced tunnel workers and qualified engineers. The tunnel ceiling must be stabilized before materials can be removed and that is usually the hard part of the job because there generally is a dome created by the cave in and it frequently is unstable.
