No surprises, no traps, nothing but foolishness, no extenuating circumstances of any kind, and depressing even to watch. It made me want to grab the air at every wrong move.

I watched someone texting while driving on the Pasadena Freeway on my way to the Gold Line station at Mt. Washington last Friday. They were in and out of lanes six times in about two miles. And, now we find out the the NHTSA spiked studies as early as 2003 showing how dangerous this was (3 times more dangerous than driving legally drunk!), so as not to "offend" Members of Congress, who seem to take a lot of money from cell phone companies? What kind of people have we become, that we would engage in, or accept this behavior, are we nuts?
