Hi Everyone:

The following link on trainorders.com (Western Discussion) re: Richard Hamilton, the host of Lets Talk Trains, is VERY SAD NEWS.

As you may know, I was a "regular" on Richard's show almost every week for 7 years.

It was through his efforts that I became "The Official Caller." There was no other show like his that railfans could call up every week and talk about trains, transit, railroading, etc.

I feel honored to have been the "first caller" on his very first show.

I am posting here due to my having tech problems posting on trainorders.com from my old computer.

Like "mudrock" (see above link), I was also a guest on Richard's show. This is very upsetting news and as others have already stated, he will be missed.

Rest in peace, Emgineer Richard.
