There are several. Right next to Portland Union Station you begin with the Steel Bridge, a draw span. Eye Street and Suisun Bay are two other large bridges, one a swing and the other a lift span.

There is one near Newark, I forget which slough, that is a draw bridge, closed to navigation. However, it can be opened with proper notice.
