Catching up on the web after getting home this afternoon, I noticed some comments here awhile back about the BAP in Montana. FWIW, Chuck & I caught two trains working between Anaconda and Silver Bow at the same time on 8/27. There are a large number of tank cars on the property and I wonder if BAP is providing storage. There is also the local between Garrison & Butte as well as an MRL engine working a loader alongside I-90 South of Deer Lodge.
We spent the 26th between Lavina and Ringling and saw, I believe, most everything of significance left of the Milwaukee. I'd like to thank everybody who helped out when I had questions earlier. You helped make this part of our trip a success. I plan to return.
