The MRL engine working the loader is a remote controlled Geep used to unload contaminated dirt coming off unit trains. It’s from the Miltown Dam removal project near Bonner. All the toxic sediment related to mining wastes that went down stream is coming back up. Nightly unit trains eastbound out of Bonner on MRL with BNSF trackage rights Garrison to Opportunity, ie. loader.
I believe the group that owns BAP does minor car repairs and lots of storage.
