Isn't the MMA Derby Shops dismantlying F40PH's for their prime movers? They are then being shipped to Europe to be used in tug boats/maritime vessels. The bodies are then usually scrapped.

Is it possible that this unit is heading there to be scrapped - not rebuilt?
