I'll go for the esteemed representative in the US Congress who told reporters that "pilots and truck drivers have limits on their number of hours, but not railroad engineers." Or the Oklahoma reporter who noted that "the back rails on a single car came off but the wheels stayed on the tracks...." Some days are more humorous than others.
