That was a real PE interurban; I believe it was a 1200 class car. I think it was rebuilt with a semi-tractor powertrain by the late Richard Fellows of fine shipwright fame. It went on a few excursions around the LA area in its time. It has been saved after his estate was settled, but I can't recall if OERM in Perris, CA got it or if it went elsewhere...TravelTown?

As far as this Geep goes, it's pretty cool that the prop builder included the plated-over class lights!

And the backwards coupler is there to provide the switchmen further excuse not to get anything done!!!
