I've worked for them on two occasions. They pay on the low side, but have adequate benefits. They run cheap and you'll be asked to do the work of more than one, however, that's pretty much the standard in the short-line industry. The reason for so many disgruntled ex-employees is pretty much the quality of their middle and lower management.
